Change in Date for COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Ferryland

June 18, 2021 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health advises that the COVID-19 vaccine clinic scheduled for Thursday, June 24 in Ferryland will now take place on Wednesday, June 23. Appointments previously scheduled for June 24 will automatically be transferred to the same time on June 23. If an individual is not able to attend their new appointment time on June 23, please visit https://www.gov.nl.ca/covid-19/vaccine/gettheshot/ to schedule a new appointment.

Alternatively, individuals may book an appointment with a participating pharmacist or physician for a Moderna vaccine. The public is reminded that they should not schedule an appointment for a vaccine if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Instead, complete a COVID-19 Assessment and referral by clicking here.

An individual who received a first dose of an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), can get either mRNA vaccine for their second dose.

In keeping with public health guidance to reduce the number of contacts wherever possible, patients are asked to carefully consider the necessity of an attendee when visiting these areas.
