COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Closed for Thanksgiving

October 9, 2021 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health advises that all COVID-19 vaccine clinics, including walk-in clinics, in the Eastern Health region will be closed on Monday, October 11, 2021, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

The clinics will reopen on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, following their regular schedules.

Walk-in clinics are available for first and second doses for individuals 12 years and older. Appointments are not required. For the most up-to-date walk-in clinic schedule, please visit: easternhealth.ca/covid19/vaccine/walk-in-clinics/.

Individuals may continue to book appointments throughout the Eastern Health region by visiting www.gov.nl.ca/covid-19/vaccine/gettheshot/. The public is reminded that they should not schedule an appointment for a vaccine if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Instead, complete a COVID-19 Assessment by clicking here.
