October 13, 2021 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health advises that COVID-19 vaccine appointments and walk-in clinics continue to be available across the region throughout the months of October and November. Clinics are available for first and second doses for individuals 12 years and older.

Individuals may book appointments throughout the Eastern Health region by visiting www.gov.nl.ca/covid-19/vaccine/gettheshot/. The public is reminded that they should not schedule an appointment for a vaccine if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Instead, complete a COVID-19 Assessment by clicking here.

Masks continue to be mandatory at all Eastern Health facilities, sites and clinics. The provided mask must be worn throughout the duration of individual’s time in vaccine clinics. In keeping with public health guidance to reduce the number of contacts wherever possible, patients are asked to carefully consider the necessity of an attendee when visiting these areas.
