April 5, 2022 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health advises the public that outpatient X-ray services have now resumed at the Bonavista Peninsula Health Centre.
Outpatient X-ray services for residents of the Bonavista Peninsula were temporarily being provided at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville while a new state-of-the-art X-ray machine was being installed at the Bonavista Peninsula Health Centre.
The new, fully digital X-ray machine will produce higher quality medical images to support more accurate diagnoses and better outcomes for patients.
This scheduled upgrade is part of Eastern Health’s commitment to improve health-care delivery for the residents of the Bonavista Peninsula.
