September 16, 2022 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health advises that, effective Tuesday, September 20, the Release of Information office, located at Mount Pearl Square, 760 Topsail Road, will move to the Business side of the building. Members of the public should proceed to the Business side reception in order to request or receive medical records.
