November 25, 2022 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health’s Paramedicine and Medical Transport team is asking the public to help pack the backs of ambulances with toys, food, and clothing to help families in need this Holiday Season. Gifts will be donated to the Salvation Army for distribution to families throughout the region.
The 12th annual Pack the Back toys, food, and clothing drive begins this Saturday, November 26, 2022, with a second drive on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Donations will be collected at the following Walmart store locations:
Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Stavanger Drive, St. John’s
- Merchant Drive, Mount Pearl
Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Kelsey Drive, St. John’s
- Columbus Drive, Carbonear
