May 11, 2023: Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services advises the public of temporary changes to cafeteria services at the Health Sciences Centre due to a broken water pipe in the kitchen area of the cafeteria. As a result, retail food offerings at the Health Sciences Centre will be temporarily limited. Hospital inpatient food services are not affected.
The water damage was contained to the central kitchen, food pick up and checkout area of the cafeteria. Clean up associated with the water damage is underway. The main cafeteria seating area is unaffected.
Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services would like to thank the public and employees for their cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
