September 1, 2021 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health has launched an online patient satisfaction survey to seek feedback from patients and clients about their care experience with Newfoundland and Labrador Fertility Services (NLFS). The perspectives gathered will provide valuable feedback, which will be used to help improve the patient experience.
The Newfoundland and Labrador Fertility Services patient satisfaction survey is anonymous and confidential, and can be completed online:

- The survey will be open until December 31, 2021.
The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and is open to all clients who have previously received or are actively receiving services from Newfoundland and Labrador Fertility Services.
