December 10, 2021– St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health is advising the public that the Collaborative Team Clinic currently located at 50 Mundy Pond Road in St. John’s will be relocated to 7 Pippy Place, Suite 100, effective Monday, December 13, 2021.
Patients have been notified of the relocation and will be reminded when contacted to confirm their appointments.
Eastern Health’s priority is to provide safe, quality care to the patients, clients, and residents we serve.
