July 27, 2021 – St. John’s, NL: Eastern Health is advising that there is a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic specific to youth 12 to 17 years old today, July 27, 2021, at the Village Mall in St. John’s. The clinic is currently ongoing and is scheduled until 5:00 p.m., or while supply is available. There are a maximum of 100 doses available. Appointments are not required for this clinic.
Individuals who are unable to get their vaccine today will be given an appointment for another date.
Eastern Health is also advising that there will be a clinic specific to youth 12 to 17 years old on Saturday July 31, 2021, at the Glacier in Mount Pearl from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Individuals may book an appointment by visiting www.gov.nl.ca/covid-19/vaccine/gettheshot/.
The public is reminded that they should not schedule an appointment for a vaccine if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Instead, complete a COVID-19 Assessment by clicking here.
In keeping with public health guidance to reduce the number of contacts wherever possible, patients are asked to carefully consider the necessity of an attendee when visiting these areas.
